The details matter.
This is an in-house discount membership, not dental insurance. Each plan lasts 12 months from enrollment and is valid only at Happy Smiles Dental. Annual payment is due at enrollment; this demo cannot enroll you or take payment.
Membership is for patients without dental insurance. Included visits are personal, nontransferable, and do not carry over. Treatment is based on clinical need; a membership does not guarantee that any treatment is appropriate or that an appointment is available on a particular day.
The 15% savings apply to office fees for fillings, crowns, extractions, and professional whitening. They exclude implants, aligners, specialist care, external laboratory fees, and products. Benefits cannot be combined with insurance or other offers.
Before a real membership launch, confirm all terms with the practice, including cancellation, refunds, renewal, and availability.
Does the membership renew automatically?
This static demo has no enrollment, renewal, or billing. Any real practice plan must provide its renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.
Does an emergency exam include treatment?
No. The adult plan includes the examination only. Any imaging or treatment beyond the routine included benefits may have a separate fee.
